This edition is a sad disappointment. At first glance it's a fine production, with a handsome matte cover and all the original line drawings. The insurmountable problem is that the translation, which attempts to render the story into a "contemporary, colloquial American idiom" (e.g., "Dude, that's so awesome!"), is so jarring it distracts completely from enjoyment of the book.
