Summary:Claudia Jaguaribe is a carioca photographer who climbed to the top of buildings and flew "over the city of Sao Paulo" in a helicopter in search of a more comprehensive spatial vision of what is considered the largest metropolis of the Southern Hemisphere, contrasting her vision to traditional urban photography. The photographer, who devoted herself to the project for a year and a half - which translates into four overflights and ten climbs the roofs of buildings, among them the Fiesp, the Martinelli and the new Tower of Santander, sacrificed human perspective in favor of monumental scale. The book has a curious format; it was printed in the form of accordion. When fully open, gives an overview of almost 20 meters, creating panoramic images that stretch out endlessly.
