Summary:In this workshop, we will explore some of the techniques teachers are using to incorporate other disciplines into the study of literature. We will focus on two different pairings. Literature and the arts, and literature and social studies. But these examples are designed simply to give teachers a taste of the possibilities. The concepts of integration that emerged through these examples could be applied to a variety of other subjects as well.
