The sum of £.100 is insured on each house in the court, at the office of the Philadelphia Contribution Company, which by simply renewing the policy every seven years, (without any further premium than what had been advances) operates a perpetual insurance. The property will be sold separate, so as to suit purchasers with only one house. / :
