Summary:"The film was documented under IGNCA's Narivada project wherein a holistic view of Lepchas priestessess is explored through various nuances of dialogue and rituals. Geographically Lepchas reside in Sikkim and Darjeeling district and Kanchenjunga remains its core of sacred belief. Lepcha believe that mounts denotes male and lake denotes female. Lepchas women priestesses are said to be gift of god and they believe that they are reincarnation. Women priestesses of Lepchas command huge social respect among the Lepchas community and are living in the land o of hidden paradise. The film documents the process of becoming the Lepchas priestesses through three major stages. The film in short revolves around the belief system and the orality of Lepchas spiritualism within the broad vision of women priestesses encircling the empowered life style and role to guide the life and beyond."
