Summary:Federal Judge Donald L. Graham was born on December 15, 1948 in Salisbury, North Carolina. He graduated from J.C. Price High School in 1966. In 1971, he received his B.A. degree from West Virginia State University in Institute, West Virginia, and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1974. After graduation, Graham served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps until 1979. That same year, he was appointed as assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida until 1983. He opened his private practice in 1984, Raskin and Graham, P.A., and also served in the Army Reserves as lieutenant until retiring in 1999. In 1991, nominated by President George H.W. Bush, Graham was appointed Federal District Court Judge of the Southern District of Florida where he received senior status in 2013.
