Presented to his Excellency, Thomas Lord Fairfax, at St. Albons [sic], on Saturday the 11. of this present November, 1648. Wherein they set forth their desires for a speedy, safe, and just settlement, that thereby the kingdom may be freed from the heavy burthens that now they lye under, especially that of free-quarter.
