Anschließend zeigt er zwei Probleme auf: die Frage des Wettbewerbs innerhalb der EU, vor allem die unangemessene Umsetzung der Richtlinie, sowie die Unterscheidung zwischen Bio-Venture- und Pharmaunternehmen.
