Summary:Stronger policies, favorable external environment, and notable improvement in the humanitarian situation supported a nascent economic recovery in Zimbabwe. Executive Directors welcomed this, and urged authorities to take advantage of the favorable external environment to strengthen their macroeconomic framework.
