Summary:The author "writes here that Kirat Dharma, Yuma Samyo or Yumaism is the name of a collective beliefs and practices of the Kirat Limboo society. It is an ancestor worshipping religion and it comprises of three components, namely Ancestor Worship, Shamanism and Totemism, encompassed and interwoven each other to form a religion. ... In this booklet, he has written Religious Philosophy of Kirat Dharma in general and Yuma Samyo of the Limboos in particular, and expounded his views that the human soul (intangible life) is the real form of life being lived since the dawn of consciousness, as the soul is the blessing of the Goddess Tagera Ningwaphuma (Yuma Mang = grand-mother Goddess of the Universe) an apical non-human ancestor of the dawn of consciousness."--Page v.
