Notes: | Synod of Indiana; also known as Indiana Synod; erected in Indiana in 1881 by the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. from the merger of the synods of Indiana, South and Indiana, North; absorbed the Synod of Indiana "A" (formerly Cumberland) in 1907; continued after 1958 by the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A.; became part of the Synod of Lincoln Trails in 1973.
