| Notes: | The set consists of the 3-volume treatise Tractatus de jure patronatus (called also "Basilica Sancti Hieronymi Lambertina") by Cesare Lambertini as published previously in Venice in 1572, and a 4th (unnumbered) volume containing the three treatises by other authors and a general index to the whole collection.
Title page of v. 1 gives the general title (with the word Tractatus to be read as a plural); title page of v. 2 reads: Caesaris Lambertini Tranensis, I.V.C. clarissimi et episcopi Insulani meritissimi, Tractatus de iure patronatus, liber secundus; title page of v. 3: Liber tertius Tractatus de iure patronatus, Basilica sancti Hieronymi nuncupati / auctore Reuerendiss.
