Res. 450 requesting the Federal Communications Commission to continue all very high frequency television broadcasting until the Commission's pending ultra-high-frequency study is completed and a full and detailed report is available to the Congress and the public; H. Res. 457 opposing the Federal Communications Commission's position regarding high frequency and ultra high frequency television stations; H.
