Contains an address to King George, dated November 20, protesting the actions of Lieutenant-Governor Spotswood and appointing William Byrd to appear on behalf of the Colony; articles drawn up November 21 against Spotswood; and Spotswood's speech of December 1 to the Assembly, answering those charges.
