Description
Summary:Throughout Europe there has been growing concern about increasing levels of delinquency and criminality. It is however acknowledged that the prevention of criminality is an important part of an effective crime strategy. Advances in the human and social sciences have made it possible to understand the antecedents of criminality, what can protect children at risk and how strategies for psychosocial intervention can be devised. This publication is intended to encourage the development of such strategies.
