Report from the Liverpool Bread Committee met with a view to prevent the measures recommended by a committee of the House of Commons, for an advance in the price of corn, from passing into law : and also to point out measures for procuring, at all times, a constant, regular, and cheap supply of foreign corn, when wanted, without detriment to the British farmer.
