Review by Library Journal Review

In the second of their three sterling E.M. Forster adaptations, the Merchant-Ivory team (Room with a View, Howards End) have fashioned another meticulous period piece. In his first major role, Hugh Grant shines as an Edwardian-era Cambridge University student who falls for another classmate (James Wilby) before ultimately suppressing his homosexuality in favor of marriage and highly coveted respectability. The DVD includes interviews, deleted and alternate scenes, and more. For all collections. (c) Copyright 2010. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
