A treatise addressed to the British House of Commons, on the history, revenue, laws and government of the islands of Guernsey and Jersey; to which is added, the recent acts of Parliament for the prevention of smuggling, and the better regulation of the customs, including an act for regulating the trade of the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, forming a complete elucidation of their ancient code of Norman laws, decisions, charters, grants to the ancestors of numerous of our nobility, and orders in Council, with an appendix of bills of costs, and forms of proceeding, &c., &c. Also the trial of Marin at Jersey, for the murder of Miss Bethell.
