Item Description: | Manuscript on vellum and paper. Title supplied by cataloger. Gregorian chant on four-line staves. Illuminated capitals and other ornamentation. Foliated: [1], 20-25, 27-65, 77-97, 99-104, 106, 108-118, 120, 122-228, [1]. First 160 leaves are vellum; final 34 leaves are paper. Size: 50.2 x 33.8 cm; vellum over boards (possibly 18th or 19th century binding) with brass bosses and center pieces; sewn on five double cords. |
