The report from the Committee of Secrecy, appointed by the House of Lords : To inspect the papers delivered by His Majesty's command, (sealed up in bag), containing secret information received by His Majesty's government, relative to the proceedings of different persons and societies in Great Britain and Ireland, engaged in a treasonable conspiracy, and to the design carried on by our enemies, in concert with such persons and societies, for effecting the separation of Ireland from this kingdom.
