Tryal of David Cohen Henriks, Jun. a Jew, who was try'd at the Tholsel Court, on Monday the 18th of February, 1723. For getting Elizabeth Applebee, wife to Richard Applebee a Christian, with child, in the absence of her husband, who was in England: for which they brought an action of two hundred pounds for an assault and battery committed on the body of the said Elizabeth.
