Summary:This film looks at how sharing best practice can be used as a key driver for reducing in-school variation (ISV). At South Dartmoor Community College, we see one of the English teachers giving a seminar for the ICT department on Socratic dialogue - it's a technique that may help encourage better classroom discussions in ICT. The school encourages communication between departments so that they can learn together and share best practice.
Target Audience:For High School audiences.
