The stallion Young Juniper will cover mares this season, at Charles Gough's lot, No. 12, at Fort Augusta, at thirty shillings the season, or twenty shillings the single leap (and in either case half a crown to the groom). Young Juniper was got by Mr. Jacob Hiltzheimer's famous Old Juniper, which was the highest bred horse ever imported into America; his dam was got by Bullyrock, his grandam by Paccolet: he is a beautiful bright bay, two white legs behind, and a star in the forehead; he is near fifteen hands high, and is now rising five years old, very strong and bony. N.B. The money to be paid at the time of covering, or before the mares are taken away. He'll be at the place appointed by the beginning of March.
