To the sheriff of the county of [blank] or his deputy, or either of the constables of the town of [blank] within the said county; Greeting. Whereas [blank] recovered judgment against [blank] before the [blank] Court, holden at [blank] within the county aforesaid, on the [blank] Tuesday of [blank] for the sum of [blank] debt; [blank] and [blank] costs of suit, as appears of record: whereof execution remains to be done: these are therefore, in His Majesty's name, to command you, that of the goods, chattels, or lands of the said [blank] within your precincts, you cause to be levied, and (the same to be disposed of or apprized as the law directs) paid and satisfied unto the said [blank] the aforesaid sums being [blank] in the whole, with one shilling [blank] proclamation money more for this writ; and therefore also to satisfy your self for your own fees. ... Hereof fail not, and to make due return of this writ, with your doings thereon according to law, within sixty days.
