Whereas [blank] on the [blank] day of [blank] 17[blank] before me [blank] Esq; justice of peace, for the county of [blank] recovered judgment against [blank] for the sum of [blank] debt; and for the sum of [blank] costs of suit, as appears of record; whereof execution remains to be done. These are therefore in the name of the governor and company of the state of Connecticut, to command you, that of the money of the said [blank] or of his goods, or chattles within your precincts, you cause to be levied and (the same being disposed of as the law directs) paid and satisfied unto the said [blank] the aforesaid sums being [blank] in the whole, with [blank] lawful money, more for this writ, together with your own fees. ...
