Sheriff's sale. : By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas, to me directed, will be sold, at public vendue, (by default,) on Wednesday, 4th October, at 7 o'clock in the evening, at the Merchants' Coffee-House; all that certain messuage, plantation and several contiguous tracts, pieces, or parcels of land, situate in the township of Germantown, Also, all that certain three story brick messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground thereto belonging, situate on the west side of Delaware Fifth-street, between Spruce and Pine-streets, in the city of Philadelphia ... Seized and taken in execution as the property of George Shaw, and to be sold by Jacob Fitler, Sheriff. Sheriff' [sic] Office--September 25th, 1815.
