Summary:The work of artist Claudio Fernandez (b.1925, Monterrey, NL) is a mix between the everyday and the ethereal, abstract with realism, combinations that could also define the artist from Monterrey . besides being an outstanding artist , he also devoted himself successfully to ther practice of medicine. The tribute exhibition gathers 35 works by the 90 year artist, done mostly with oils and acrylic, that harmonize the abstract and the figurative, and portray memories, anecdotes and local traditions.
