Summary: | Analyzes the Supreme Court decision in Rust v. Sullivan and its possible impact on the First Amendment rights of others receiving Government funds. In Rust v. Sullivan the Supreme Court held that the First Amendment was not abridged by Federal regulations that prohibit federally-funded family planning projects from counseling or making referrals for abortion as a method of family planning.
