Summary:Examines provisions of H.R. 3282, the Abolishment of Obsolete Agencies and Federal Sunset Act of 2005, and H.R. 5766, the Government Efficiency Act, both to create a Federal sunset commission to review each Federal agency and program for efficiency and need, and to make recommendations regarding possible termination of Federal agencies or programs. Discusses expedited Congressional procedures in H.R. 5766, and compares selected features of both bills.
