Discusses Supreme Court ruling in Allison Engine Co. v. U.S. ex. rel. Sanders that FCA applies only to Government itself and not Government contractors. Analyzes potential impact of Allison Engine on certain FCA health care claims, and discusses S. 2041 and H.R. 4854, both the False Claims Act Correction Act of 2007, to limit the application of the Allison Engine decision.
