Notes: | Pictorial half-title, engr. by R. de Hooghe. "Priapeia, sive Diversorvm poetarvm in Priapvm lvsvs", with half-title, paged separately. Vol. [2] has title: Integrvm Titi Petronii Arbitri fragmentvm, ex antiquo codice tragvriensi Romae excriptvm; cum Apologia Marini Statilii I.V.D. [pseud.] Editio secvnda, quod ad Apologiam auctior & curatior. The edition of the Tragurian fragment as well as the Apologia are by Giovanni Lucio, who here assumes the name of Marino Statileo, the original discoverer of the ms. The Apologia has been erroneously attributed to Pierre Petit, being confused with Petit's Responsio and Wagenseilii et Valesii Dissertationes, which was published under the same pseudonym in 1666.
