Summary:This paper presents an analysis of the data which was developed in consideration of the request from "Gas Plus" of Nebraska and the Illinois Department of Agriculture for a waiver of the limitation and prohibition from use of up to 10% ethanol in unleaded fuel. The document comprises a description of the test program that generated the data, the analyses of the data, and a discussion of results of that analysis.
