| Summary: | Starita considers the terrorist threat of the transnational criminal syndicate Mara Salvatrucha, commonly known as MS-13, its affiliation with Frente Farabundo Marti para la Liberacion Nacional (FMLN) in El Salvador, and its possible link to al Qaeda.
