An abridgement or a compendius commemoration of the remarkablest chronologies which are contained in that famous Ecclesiastical history of Eusebius Pamphilius : with an usefull index to the same : containing in it also the second part, a summary or brief hint of the twelve persecutions sustained by the antient Christians, with a compendious paraphrase upon the same : whereunto is added a Catalogue of the synods and councells which were after the dayes of the apostles, together with a hint of what was decreed in the same : and for the helpe and benefit of young schollars and such as are illiterate (or little better) the most of the hard words are explained in the same, by William Caton.
