Summary:In April 2019 Tim Van Laere Gallery moves to the Antwerp Nieuw Zuid. Before the doors of the Verlatstraat close permanently, Van Laere organizes a final farewell exhibition entitled 'The Last Waltz (For Leon)'. The exhibition is a festive conclusion to a 20-year period in which friendship, quality exhibitions and fun were central. All artists who have determined space in the past twenty years with striking exhibitions will be given a place in this exhibition. Both big names that have placed the gallery on the card as Rinus Van de Velde, Kati Heck, Adrian Ghenie, Jonathan Meese and Franz West, but also new talents like Tomasz Kowalski, Ben Sledsens, Ryan Mosley or Anke Weyer are discussed in the expo.
