Description of arms: shield is quartered: 1. 2 lions passant, 2. 3 crosses formy[?], 3. 3 mullets with six points pierced, 4. 1 rose[?]; shield is topped with a man regarding a man on a horse; duke's crown above, topped with prelate's hat from which hang cords and fifteen tassels on each side.
