Summary:The exhibit shows the work of an artist who has been a pillar of Mexican painting is the purpose of this review that covers three pictorial stages of his development: as a student and student of Rufino Tamayo in the thirties, on allegorical themes of post-revolutionary nationalism; his stage in the forties that reveals a Mexican style with the influence of pre-Hispanic culture and realistic physiognomy in his characters, for which he opted during the decades of 1950 to 1980. it integrates 60 images of the archive that for 50 years was under the shelter of his daughter Martha. The artist exhibited individually for the only time in the Salon of Mexican Plastic in 1993 and in more than 50 exhibitions of a collective nature, but it was in 2015, thanks to the curatorship of Raúl Cano Monroy, which was held the first exhibition of the multifaceted Jalisco painter at the Diego Rivera Mural Museum. The catalog gathers more than 60 images and thanks to the facilities granted by the painter's family, the first investigation and deep approach to his work and his life achievements
