Summary:1852 North Carolina House bill to establish a system for internal improvements within the state. The bill provided for annual deposits by the State Treasurer of all money which arose from the internal improvement works, to financial institutions selected by the president of the Internal Improvement. Other financial procedures were also included, as well as indicating how some of the funds were to be used.
