Summary:1. In this study, we examine the sources of post-crisis economic growth, identify the main impediments to domestic supply expansion, and highlight the need for growth-promoting government policies. We start by evaluating the BiH's growth performance relative to potential. We then analyze the BiH economy's production process to quantify the contributions of physical and human capital and technological change to real GDP growth. We use the developed growth accounting framework to structure the discussion of the potential drivers of future economic growth, the main stumbling blocks faced by domestic producers, and identify growth-promoting government policies.
