Substantive changes in the translation were made at Arts. 69 and 72. The question concerning the new headings Title VI: I, I-1 and I-2 have not been resolved; the latter two are rendered here in square brackets. In the previous translation, Arts. 64, 65 and 69 were erroneously identified as amended in 2019. Art. 92 was not so attributed, but should have been. Numerous small, changes have been made to make the translation correspond more precisely to this latest source text. That said, the caveat to the previous two translations in World Constitutions Illustrated, that the various source texts consulted were not in total accord as to all details, remains.
