Summary:	Tenka taihei, escaping from the army during a war in Paipania, a fictional country in the South East Asia, meets up with Dr. Ōtomo Kuronushi. They are arrested and Tenka is used as a "stud" in the Paipania's secret military project to raise human babies in test tubes to make "complete soldiers". Dr. Ōtomo decides to join the project and finds that by using Tenka's sperm, they can produce human beings of "the third gender" and therefore can avoid ethical problems. They try to use Tenka and sell his "children" to the munitions industry, but the "artificial human beings" rebel and ...
