Summary:	Student leader Siphiwo Mtimkulu and his friend Topsy Madaka were shot and burned in 1982 by the Security Police colonel under the apartheid government in South Africa. The colonel, Gideon Nieuwoudt, and his colleagues are responsible for the torture and death of numerous black activists. This film documents the Siphiwo Mtimkulu case before the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
