Elngar, PhD, is Founder and Head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Beni-Suef University, Egypt, where he is also Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center. He has published over 25 scientific papers published in international journals and several books on data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, and smart environments. Bright Keswani, PhD, is Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Applications, Principal (Academic Staff College), and Editor-in-Chief of SGVU Journal of Engineering & Technology at Suresh Gyan Vihar University, India. He devotes his time to research in computer science and provides consultancy on project planning and designing to a team of software professionals.
