Summary:Interview with formal Chief of Surgery Clarence E. Gardener. In the interview Gardener discusses the formation and organisation of the 65th General Hospital such as who had control over which departments and the recruitment process at the 65th. This interview is taken from a documentary so parts of the interview are interspersed with within the documentary. The interviwer also briefly talks about Fort Bragg and may have also been a member of the 65th, although this is unclear. The latter part of the documentary includes discussions of bomber raids, receiving casualties from bombings and the formation of the 65th. Towards the end of the video the interviewee recalls the names of other members of the 65th and lists them off.
