| Summary: | More than 500 Ohio criminal forms are the centerpiece of this title. This treatise also seeks to give practical guidance to judges and lawyers concerning the meaning of the rules of criminal procedure, the rules of appellate procedure for courts of Appeals relating to criminal appeals, and special proceedings related to criminal matters. Each chapter in Part I begins with the text of a Federal criminal rule (where applicable), followed by the text of the Ohio criminal rule and/or an annotated version thereof.
