Hannes Zacher is Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at Leipzig University, Germany. His research program focuses on aging at work and career development, occupational health and wellbeing, proactive and adaptive employee behaviors, and environmental sustainability in organizations. Cort W. Rudolph is Associate Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Saint Louis University, USA. His research program focuses on a variety of issues related to the aging workforce, including applications of lifespan development theories, wellbeing and work-longevity, and ageism.
