Regulations of April 20, 1908, re-promulgated June 20, 1908, and subsequent amendments (revised to May 1, 1912) governing leasing of lands and removal of restrictions of members of the Five Civilized Tribes. Prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of the agreements with the Creek and Cherokee Nations and the Acts of Congress approved April 26, 1906 (34 Stat. L., 137) and May 27, 1908 (25 Stat. L., 312).
