Summary:The healthy recovery of domestic demand and exports is broad-based and projected to continue in the coming period. With jobs growing steadily, unemployment has fallen to less than 9 percent. The near-term outlook is favorable and risks seem to be broadly balanced. Yet vulnerabilities are elevated, lending importance to the unfinished task of rebuilding economic resilience and increasing the room for policy maneuver.
