Summary:Report showing the operations of the quarantine office, transmitted by North Carolina Governor Holden to the General Assembly. The report is in response to "An act for the preservation of the public health by establishing suitable quarantine regulations for the Port of Wilmington, North Carolina." It includes the quarantine notice, regulations to be observed on board all vessels detained at quarantine, a report of Wilmington, and other correspondence. Quarantine was aboard a boat designated for that purpose. Correspondence is from W.G. Curtis, Quarantine Physician; crew of the Quarantine Boat for the Port of Wilmington, and E.B. Daniels.
