| Summary: | Information and explanation from the superintendent and resident physician of the Georgia Lunatic Asylum in reply to the minority report of the Committee on the Asylum. The report is addressed to "the Honorable Committee on the Lunatic Asylum, and through them, to the General Assembly." It is signed by Thos. F. Green, Superintendent and Resident Physician, and is dated Feb. 22d, 1866. Green addresses issues related to the number of staff, errors in financial reports, the condition of buildings, and record keeping.
